We are designing an Elderly Friendly Furniture to be placed in the Smart Senior Learning Centre in Majestic Chinatown such that they will have a conducive space for learning. The Furniture’s are designed with elderly friendly features in mind. For WayWay, she focused on the feature of Storage and configurability of the furniture whereas I focused on the Huggability of the furniture to make the elderly feel secure and safe. In the following weeks, we will have harmonizing these features of the furniture in the context of the space of the Majestic.
